Chairman
Larry Bashore first started with the Heim Company in 1971. He served as the organization’s President from 1995-2023, then transitioned to Chairman of the Board of Directors. He graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Bashore is also actively involved in various community and civic organizations. He currently sits on the Boards of Messiah University, Homeland Center, the PA Chapter of the International Aerobatic Club, and The Rider Musser Development Corporation among others.
President
Sam Bashore has been with Heim since 1999, holding the various titles of Warehouse Worker, Service Department Worker and Safety Director. He was named as Executive Vice President in 2006, then transitioned to Heim Company President in 2024. Bashore obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in environmental protection from West Virginia University, as well as a master’s in safety management.
Electrical Vice President
Rick Berkheimer joined Heim’s Electrical Construction Division in 1993, spending time as both a Foreman and an Estimator/Project Manager through the years. In 2004, he was appointed as the Electrical Vice President—responsible for overseeing all conceptual designs, pricing, and personnel/project management within Heim’s Electrical Division.
Mechanical Vice President
Chris Herman has been in the HVAC field for 24 years, starting with Heim in 2010 as a Journeyman Plumber/Pipe Fitter. After a short time, he transitioned to a Foreman role, then took over as Heim’s Mechanical Service Department Manager. In 2024, he was promoted to Vice President of the Mechanical Division, responsible for overseeing all its personnel and project work.
Motor Division Vice President
Jeremy Wolf started as an Apprentice in Heim’s Wiring Division in 1994. After completing his apprenticeship, he went on to serve as a Field Service Technician, Sub-Foreman and Foreman before transitioning to the Motor Shop in 2006. He was named as Motor Shop Division Manager in 2012, responsible for overseeing all of its functions and personnel.
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Mease joined the Heim company as an Accounting Manager in 2015. Later, he transitioned to the role of Controller, and now serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Mease has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2012, assisting with internal auditing, public accounting, and consulting during that time.
President (GES)
Chad Enck joined GES in 1998, holding a variety of positions like Controls Engineer, Quality Manager, Applications Manager, and Sales Manager. In 2019, he was promoted to Vice President with a focus in Sales & Marketing, and then, in 2023, he transitioned to the role of President. Enck holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University. In college and throughout his involvement with the Church, he has volunteered on several councils and committees in the roles of Steward, Secretary, Vice President and President to name a few.
Vice President, Engineering (GES)
Wes Logan onboarded to GES in 2009, spending the last 14 years of his 41-year career there. During that time, he served as a Senior Controls Engineer, an Industrial Controls Manager, and the Vice President of Engineering (2023). Logan studied electrical technology at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and is also a Rockwell Automation Certified Professional in Controls & Networks. Outside of the office, he volunteers as a Deacon and IT/Tech Assistant at his church.
